What people are saying about the Coaching:
"I know I haven't even completed week1, but am surprised how much I am enjoying it. Had held off so long signing up as I didn't think online would motivate me enough."
Anna, London.
"I took part in Simon's Online Training Programme, and it was hugely beneficial for me. Because of covid etc. I had been reluctant to return to the gym and so for at least a year had stopped working with weights. Weight training is essential to preserve bones and strength and Simon's course coaxed me back. I now still do the training three times a week and have found huge benefits. A big thank you and congratulations to Simon for this inspiring programme!"
Geraldine - Honorary Research Fellow in Dance at Roehampton University in London.
"Thank you for the 2 courses of yours I have had the privilege to be able to be part of this year. You have completely revamped my diet/exercise/attitude/overview. So valuable. So needed. So grateful."

"For anyone who is considering Simon's Coaching, I just wanted to share some of my experience to help you make the decision.
I joined Simon's Coaching Programme because it was the beginning of the year and the time of those new year resolutions! I thought it would be a good way to start the year and focus more on my physical health. I never could have imagined where it would take me.
During the training I was performing body weight resistance, as I didn’t have access to weights and I wasn’t a member of a gym. I also learnt more about my eating habits and the importance of understanding the effects on my body. Simon always makes himself available to answer any questions along the way so I felt very supported throughout.
In the Coaching you get your own individualised weekly schedule of exercises along with all of the advice and support you could need from Simon. He is very approachable and understanding so if you do have any difficulties he will be there to help.
In terms of the information provided, I found it was just at the right level and sufficient to get a basic understanding. For the physical activities the videos of Simon demonstrating exercises were very helpful.
Any changes to my exercise regime were added in a gradual way that was individualised to my progress. I found Simon to be a very dedicated teacher and he helped me to work towards my objectives step by step.
I realised that this was just the beginning of my journey to an improved body and I have now joined a gym so that I can make use of the facilities there to help me progress.
Simon has done an amazing job with me with the coaching, I have achieved so much during my time and enjoyed the experience. I hope anybody reading this will also be to make the most of this opportunity with him.
Final thoughts: I wasn’t sure whether I had enough information with my exercise schedule to go it alone or needed continuing support. I am pleased that I decided to continue with the Coaching as this way I have continued input from Simon on my workouts and I do find that being monitored makes all the difference to my motivation.
As Simon will often say, there is no rush. You are learning some tools that will help you on your journey as they have on mine."
